One of the questions we frequently get asked is how a resident’s monthly fee is determined.  For assisted living residents, monthly fees are based on the level of service we provide and the type of suite (such as size, location, and view).  Before an assisted living resident moves in, our Wellness Director sits down with them and their family to discuss their medical history and the type of care they need to ensure their comfort and safety.    

Dayton Place’s 104 independent living suites are within an independent living neighborhood, and are complete with bustling common areas and popular amenities. Your monthly fee includes letting us handle all of the maintenance, both inside and out.   Your suite is also equipped with a full kitchen for the meals you feel like preparing on your own. 

The Cottages at Dayton Place offer stress-free living at an incomparable value.  Our patio homes are characterized by premium upgrades and virtually all of your living expenses (including homeowners insurance and property tax) are controlled through our bundled Monthly Service Fee.
