Affordable Independent Living in Glendale AZ

The MorningStar of Glendale campus opening in late 2018 includes 38 Casitas with attached garages designed for active, independent seniors seeking a carefree lifestyle.  To be eligible to move into one of the stylish homes, one of the residents must be at least 55 years old.

Compared to other similar properties in the area, The Casitas offer an unparalleled value when you consider all of the premium upgrades and amenities offered to residents.  Another advantage to moving into our charming community is you now have predictable month-to-month budgeting as virtually all your living expenses (including homeowner’s insurance and property taxes) are bundled into your Monthly Rental Fee.  Also you will find our yearly adjustments (typically 3 to 7%) are quite modest and are a true reflection of the current cost of labor, energy and food.

The carefree aspect of living at The Casitas includes no longer doing maintenance on your own home or being surprised by unexpected repair costs.  Additionally, you can travel or spend time with your family knowing we will keep a close eye on your casita during your absence.  In fact if you want us to, we will even water your plants. Your monthly fee includes a continental breakfast in the Clubhouse Monday-Friday, twice monthly housekeeping, interior/exterior maintenance, repairs and replacement, and more.

As a resident of The Casitas, you will have priority access to the supportive care of MorningStar of Glendale if the need should ever arise.  We offer 71 suites for assisted living, including two-bedroom, one-bath floor plans.  Our Reflections Neighborhood, located in a separate wing, is devoted to caring for those with memory loss due to Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.  Please visit our website for more information.

The unique mission statement of MorningStar of Glendale, “to honor, to serve, to invest,” sets us apart from other senior living communities.  Our foundation is built upon honoring God, valuing all seniors, and investing in staff with a felt calling to serve.  Dedicated to creating a real home for residents within a beautiful setting, we encourage you to see for yourself the area’s finest independent living, assisted living and memory care.
