It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, and to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”  At the Phoenix area’s MorningStar at Arcadia, MorningStar of Fountain Hills, MorningStar at Arrowhead, and the new MorningStar at Golden Ridge, we could not agree more. We feel privileged to serve seniors, in fact it is MorningStar’s chosen calling, and understand it is an honor to be able to make a difference in their lives.  Currently we seek others with a felt calling to serve to fill a variety of assisted living jobs.

This would not be possible without our compassionate team of service professionals who routinely go the extra mile to not only meet expressed needs but our residents’ unexpressed ones.  They are the type of people who do the right thing even when no one is watching, and who feel privileged to make a difference in the lives of our cherished residents.
