MorningStar at Golden Ridge Offers a Variety of Floor Plans

MorningStar of Golden Ridge, located in Peoria, AZ, has three neighborhoods – independent living, assisted living and memory care.  Our spacious, private Casitas and suites are available in a variety of well-designed floor plans and have details reflective of those found throughout our beautifully appointed community. 

In our 32 Casitas, tucked into their own private neighborhood, residents have a choice of two-bedroom, two bath floor plans.  Each independent living Casita is designed for your every comfort and comes equipped with: a kitchen with a breakfast bar, high-quality stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, stained wood cabinets and high-end wood-laminate plank flooring.  Casita residents also enjoy a laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer and an attached one car garage.

For assisted living residents, we offer a choice of floorplans including studio, one-bedroom, one bath and two-bedroom, one or one and a half bath.  Each assisted living suite has a kitchenette with quartz surfaces, stainless full refrigerator and breakfast bar.  The suites offer an airy and open feeling with large windows and high ceilings.  Furthermore, all of our suites have wall-to-wall carpeting and mini blinds, and yes, we are pet friendly. 

To assure the safety of our residents, assisted living and memory care suites are equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system and bathrooms are handicap accessible.  All suites have a private heating and air conditioning system and include cable TV and utilities.
