Within our three-story building, we offer large studio; one-bedroom, one bath; and two-bedroom, one/or two bath options in a range of floorplans to meet seniors’ personal preferences and needs. If you take a look at our website, you will see a few examples of floorplans but keep in mind that actual suites vary in overall shape and dimensions.   

Each of our independent and assisted living suites are equipped with a full, handicapped-accessible bathroom and an emergency call system as well as offer a private heating & air conditioning system, basic cable TV, and utilities.  We also provide weekly housekeeping and laundry/linen services in addition to daily spot cleaning and trash removal.   

Furthermore MorningStar at Dayton Place recently completed an additional model suite that features all new carpet, tile, appliances, cabinets and lighting in the kitchen and bathroom.  If you like what you see, we will be more than happy to upgrade your suite in a like fashion.  

Our independent living patio homes in The Cottages of Dayton Place feature high-end details such as a spacious cook’s kitchen with island/breakfast bar, granite countertops and alder cabinets, ceramic tile floors and a glass-top oven range.  Each cottage also has a built-in microwave and dishwasher, window blinds, gas fireplace, and more.  Furthermore we encourage you to improve and personalize your cottage (you just need to fill out an Alteration Request Form.
