2003, Ken Jaeger founded MorningStar under the philosophy that he would create
“senior loving homes” where residents would be seen as heroes. This approach and mission resonates at every
level and is how we align our priorities as well as define our behavior. Our team consists of a group of dedicated individuals
who have a felt calling to serve, and while we are rooted in Judeo-Christian
beliefs, we welcome all faiths among our residents and team members.
We
dispense our brand of service excellence under our exclusive “Radiance”
program, which is what we use to guide our service and to foster a culture
where kindness and authenticity are paramount.
