MorningStar at Golden Ridge Offers Stylish, Well-designed Floor Plans

At MorningStar at Golden Ridge we work hard to provide all the amenities and services our residents need to ensure their utmost comfort and wellbeing. Our 8.8-acre campus is conveniently located at North 67th Avenue and West Golden Lane in Peoria AZ.

Our beautiful community has 65 spacious assistant living suites that come with lighting, high ceilings, large windows, wall-to-wall carpeting mini blinds and more.  All you need to do is to bring your furnishings and personal items.  We offer large studio; one-bedroom, one bath; and two-bedroom, one/or one and a half bath options in a range of floorplans to meet seniors’ personal preferences and needs. If you take a look at our website, you will see a few examples of floorplans but keep in mind that actual suites vary in overall shape and dimensions.   

Each of our assisted living suites are equipped with a kitchenette, handicapped-accessible bathroom and an emergency call system as well as offer a private heating & air conditioning system, and stackable washer/dryer in most suites.  We also provide weekly housekeeping and laundry/linen services in addition to daily spot cleaning and trash removal. 

Tucked into their own nearby neighborhood, our 38 independent living Casita homes feature details such as high-quality stainless-steel appliances, premium quartz countertops, stained wood cabinets, and high-end wood-laminate plank flooring.  Each Casita also has a dishwasher, breakfast bar, side by side washer/dryer and more.  Furthermore, we encourage you to improve and personalize your Casita (you just need to fill out an Alteration Request Form).
