The MorningStar Company, founded over 15 years ago by Ken Jaeger who still serves as the CEO, was began out of Ken’s desire to establish his own brand of senior living after many years of working in the industry.  He explains, “It was 2003. I had a dream to start a senior housing company that was defined by the human touch. I wanted to re-create my grandmother’s house, a place where one can go and feel a sense of family.”

We are pleased to say our MorningStar at Arcadia, MorningStar at Arrowhead, MorningStar of Fountain Hills, , and the new MorningStar at Golden Ridge senior living communities are just that – loving homes where residents comfortably and safely age in place.  Located in and around the Phoenix area, we are presently seeking compassionate individuals to fill a variety of assisted living jobs including care managers, chefs, dining room servers, a medication care manager/QMAP and more.
