 At the Phoenix area MorningStar Senior Living communities, we recognize that our team, particularly the front-line service staff, is the very heartbeat of our homes and currently seek exceptional individuals with a felt calling to serve. Communities include: MorningStar at Arcadia in Phoenix; MorningStar at Arrowhead in Glendale; MorningStar of Fountain Hills in Fountain Hills; and MorningStar at Golden Ridge in Peoria.

Open positions include rewarding jobs that allow you to work closely with our residents and fellow team members such as our Life Enrichment Coordinators.  Here you will help develop activities that keep residents mentally, physically and creatively engaged within the framework of our comprehensive activity program.  You will get the opportunity to know each resident and to discover what they are passionate about as you encourage them to share their talents and join in the fun.   

We also have openings for caregiver positions including care managers and medication care managers/QMAPs.  These jobs also allow you to build strong relationships with our remarkable residents, in fact we encourage it.  We feel the better you know the residents you serve; the more likely it is you will know exactly what they need when they need it.    Other openings at our Phoenix communities include food servers, cooks, housekeeping jobs, and more.
