MorningStar of Glendale offers independent living in 38 Casitas as quadraplexes with attached garages.  A new adventure awaits in our vital senior living community for independent seniors.  The Casitas, tucked into their own private neighborhood in Central Glendale, allow you to fully enjoy your retirement years stress free.  Independent Living includes two meals per day, twice monthly housekeeping, all utilities except phone, all life enrichment programing, full access to the Clubhouse, pool and onsite amenities as well as group transportation. 

In a neighboring building are 65 beautiful private suites for assisted living, featuring design-elements that meet the needs of even our most discriminating resident.  Suites are available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations.  Included with the Assisted Living suites are three chef-prepared meals daily, weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry (personal and linen), spot cleaning and trash removal daily along with life enrichment programing, onsite amenities and group transportation. 

All of our stylish floor plans offer high ceilings and large windows to provide an open and airy environment.  With wall-to-wall carpeting, lots of built in lighting and mini-blinds, all you need to bring is your own personal furnishings and accessories, and in case you were wondering, we even allow pets!
