MorningStar of Beaverton is the area’s newest senior living community and will offer stylish, smartly-designed suites for assisted living and memory care.  Our community is being meticulously built from the ground up to address the needs of our residents and to provide a lifestyle of comfort, wellness and community.   

To ensure our suites fit the needs of all of our in-coming residents, we offer an array of floors plans that include spacious studio; one-bedroom, one-bath; and two-bedroom, one-bath or two-bath configurations. Each suite has ceiling lighting, 9’ high ceilings, large windows, wall-to-wall carpeting and mini blinds.  Furthermore, if you are looking for a spacious unit, some of our two-bedroom suites are as large as 974 square feet.  

Your suite will be equipped with handicap-accessible bathroom, 24-hour emergency call system, and private heating and air conditioning controls.  Cable TV and utilities are included in the monthly fee.  We also offer weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen services.  Spot cleaning and trash removal are done daily.  Our assisted living suites have a kitchenette with a full apt. fridge, and one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites will include a washer and dryer.  As you can see, your suite has everything you need – all that’s missing are your furnishings and personal items.  MorningStar of Beaverton is also pet friendly.
